Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Physician Crafted is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at info@physiciancrafted.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review and resolve eligible claims at our discretion.
